NAET is a safe, painless and very effective method when it is
practised according to the rules and does not require the use
of any prescription drugs. The utilisation of acupuncture is
optional because identical results can be obtained with
acupressure.
Furthermore, the kinesiological technique used to test for
allergies is not only extremely reliable and precise, but also
offers the advantages of a truly holistic approach because it
can determine whether the allergy in question is imprinted in the
body at a physical, physiological or emotional level (or a
combination of all three). The treatment is then adapted
accordingly, which enhances its efficacy.
Moreover, an equally effective and totally safe variation of the
method can be used to test and treat patients who are very weak,
disabled, handicapped or in a coma, as well as infants and small
children. Normally only one allergen is treated at a time, though
very sensitive individuals may need subsequent treatments for
specific combinations of allergens. The allergen sample used for
NAET treatments is a specially formulated liquid solution contained
in a hermetically sealed glass vial (glass is a good conductor
which allows the substance's electromagnetic charge to be
transmitted). A session lasts approximately 30 minutes (10 minutes
for the treatment itself and 20 minutes during which the patient
rests while remaining in contact with the allergen).
The NAET method does not reject or disparage any other form of
medical practice nor does it interfere with any other type of
treatment. On the contrary, patients are encouraged to continue
taking the drugs they have been prescribed for as long as they want
to, since this will not influence the results obtained with NAET in
any way.
However, the practitioner must make sure that his or her patients
are not allergic to any of the drugs they are taking. If they are
they will require a specific treatment to eliminate the allergy
concerned.
NAET can therefore be considered a complementary method to all
other therapies and can be safely performed in conjunction with
them.
The following examples illustrate its complementarity with
allopathic treatments:
NAET will help anyone suffering from allergic symptoms,
which can range from minor skin rashes to very severe allergic
reactions like anaphylactic shock, whatever the nature of the
allergens involved (food, environmental or animal substances,
vaccines or drugs, tissues, chemical components or various other
materials). Illnesses and complaints which often have an allergic
origin include asthma, eczema, migraine, cardiac arrhythmia, joint
pains and arthritis, hormonal disorders, candida infections,
abdominal pains and cramps, circulatory disorders, certain forms of
depression and addiction, and all sorts of pains whose causes are
difficult to diagnose with conventional methods.
Research into the efficacy of NAET is being carried out constantly
and the latest developments of the technique have also shown very
encouraging results in a number of patients suffering from
attention deficit disorders, hyperactivity or autism.
Certain immune system disorders, chronic fatigue syndrome,
fibromyalgia, some types of multiple sclerosis and Parkinson's
disease also respond well to NAET treatments.
Dr Nambudripad has very often observed that the accumulation of
numerous allergies in the same individual can trigger the
appearance of symptoms normally associated with other diseases,
because of a dangerous process of mimicry.
This explains why, in certain circumstances, any syndrome can have,
at least in part, an allergic origin.
